Temporary to permanent Recruitment and L&D Administrator required for global footwear brand, based in their Head Office in central London. Descriptions:

The role will be focused on providing core administrative support to the Recruitment and L&D Departments. You will need to have strong communication skills with high levels of accuracy and organisation. The Recruitment & L&D departments make up a small team who pride themselves on providing an exemplary service to the business and you will need to share the same work ethic and passion for Recruitment & L&D.

Key responsibilities include:

*Creating contracts for Head Office & Retail
*Junior level recruitment
*L&D and People reporting via Excel
*Responsible for reconciling invoices & expenses
*Conducting New starter catch up chats & Exit interviews
*Logging reviews
*Supporting with the induction process for Head Office & retail
*Other ad hoc duties
*Option to undertake a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship

The Person:

*Excellent communication skills
*Proven admin and organisation skills & ability to multitask
*High levels of accuracy
*Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel
*Strong work ethic & can do attitude!
*Ability to work on own initiative and identify areas for improvement

This role will pay £10 per hour whilst temping.
