New opportunities available from January for part and full time receptionist on a temporary basis.
No experience necessary - Just a positive attitude towards work and a friendly manner.
Typical duties will cover and may include:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the office with a professional and confident manner to the reception area
- Supporting the Office Manager with ordering stationery and other supplies for the office
- Preparing rooms for meetings and managing the diary for the boardrooms
- Answering all incoming calls, transferring and/or taking messages when required
- Distributing the post
- General administrative tasks
- Well presented, polished, with experience from working in a corporate environment
- Experienced with using Outlook, Word and Excel?
- Available immediately and happy to commit to a short term or on-going temporary and contract role?
