Temporary position is required to help with the organic growth of a successful company in Bath. You will be working in a fast paced high volume and friendly environment.

Client Details

The client is a successful business based in Bath


The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Processing and coding invoices
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • Liaising with clients and internal queries
  • Pay out employee expenses
  • Supporting the senior Clerks and team leaders
  • File invoices and statements
  • Ad hoc Admin work


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following

  • Studying towards AAT (or equivalent)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Previous exposure in a finance function
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise workload and be adaptable in their approach to work
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
