Temp - Perm Legal Secretary

Our client is seeking a temporary, experienced Legal Secretary, with a view to possible, permanent retention. Working hours are 9.00 to 5.30 with an hour for lunch Monday to Friday.

Duties include typing from a digital dictation system, photocopying, faxing, preparation of documents and filing, as necessary. Our clients policy requires applicants to show a professional attitude towards clients, to possess good secretarial skills, IT competence in such as Word and Microsoft Office (email, etc.) a sound, general education, a positive team spirit and, of course, to offer good personal presentation. Our clients firm has three general divisions: Property, Litigation and Private Client (Wills, Probate, etc.).

Our client would prefer applicants who could work between these 3 departments, though they could also consider specialists in one area.
