Do you have Customer Service Admin experience?
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a reputable company in South Bristol with an immediate start. This is a Temp to Perm position.
Hours: Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours a week.
The role will be a customer focused role, and will include a variety of different jobs on a daily basis.
The role will include:
* Good communication skills, liaising between organisations and customers
* Answering queries via telephone and emails
* Effective diary management
* Use of in house database
* Prioritising workloads
* Enthusiastic approach
* Adaptable and flexible
* Good attention to detail
