Temp PA - Property

I am seeking Temp PA's who are immediately available to work in the Real Estate and Property sector across London. The rate of pay will be between £13-18 per hour depending on experience and will range from one day bookings, to several weeks dependant on the client.

Description

The responsibilities for Temp PA - Property will include:

• Diary management for Head of the Team and some key members of the wider team
• General administration for the team
• Preparation of meetings, booking venues, agendas etc
• Management of holiday schedules/key person absences.
• Working closely with other PA's in the same business area to ensure cohesive support across the business
• On a quarterly basis, carrying out the archiving of documents in line with compliance regulations
• Coordination of internal training
• First point of contact for a range of external and internal stakeholders and clients
• Managing travel arrangements both nationally and internationally
• Processing expenses accurately
• Provide assistance with projects as necessary
• Creating, amending and updating PowerPoint presentations

Profile

The successful candidate for Temp PA - Property will have/be:

• Recent history of working in a similar fast paced role for a Property company
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy under pressure and ability to handle a high volume of work
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of tasks
• Confident communicating at all levels of stakeholder
• Excellent working in a team with other PA's!
