EXCLUSIVE temporary role in Customer Services for this PRESTIGIOUS Harrogate company. The role is to cover for holidays commencing mid April for one month.
*Providing the highest level of customer service and ensuring all parties are included on progressing or orders
*Handling all incoming telephone calls and email enquiries from customers
*Responsible for all web order customer service
*Handling and dealing with complaints and working with team to resolve in 48 hours
*Liaise with warehouse on goods in, goods out, updating on production
*Providing reports/use of MS Office
You will receive full training and a handover with the existing team but, you will have a similar experience in a customer service environment and be happy liaising at all levels.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
