This popular, fine dining restaurant, which is part of an award-winning company, is seeking an experienced Chef de Parties to cover for the Christmas period. You will be creating fine modern/traditional British cuisine using only fresh, seasonal produce. You must have experience within high standard fine dining establishments, preferably of at least a 2 AA Rosette standard and you must be available for an immediate start.
As Chef De Partie, you will be working under the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and you will be working on all sections as required. The contract will be for up to 2 months and there may also be opportunities for you to join the brigade on a permanent basis. Competitive rates of pay are available for the right Chef De Parties.
