We are looking for a Telesales Executive to find and generate new leads for our client based in Pershore. They need to be self motivated with a great telephone manner and a persuasive personality who can work both on their own and as part of a team. The job will involve pro-actively sourcing and finding potential customers and then selling the companies product.
•Generate contact lists through web research and utilising current data.
•Use various methods of communication to contact customers and create leads via email, telephone and social media.
•Follow through generation of contact lists to closure of sales.
•Complete administrative processes to log information.
•Meet sales and lead generation targets, reviewing these regularly.
•Experience of telesales, inbound and outbound.
•Good track record of meeting sales targets.
•Experience of B2B sales and lead generation.
Skills / Personal Qualities
•Excellent customer service manner essential.
•Ability to communicate at all levels – corporate or sole trader.
•Articulate with good written English skills.
•Able to work alone and also within a team.
•Quick learner – ability to pick up new software and ideas quickly.
•Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage own workload.
This is a temp to perm opportunity which may lead to a permanent position after probationary period has been completed.
