SUMMARY

Our Inside Sales Executives represents the Sales’ interests of the company and is responsible for positively promoting the organisation to its customers and prospects at a national level. The Inside Sales Executive will initiate contact with potential customers and liaise with the Sales Executives in booking appointments for them to attend and present Shred-it document destruction services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Inside Sales Executive you will promote a positive and professional sales attitude to ensure that Shred-its high standards for Customer Service, Security and Environmental consciousness are maintained.

As an Inside Sales Executive you will responsible for making high volume outbound calls on a daily basis. You will provide daily input to the UK Sales force including through opportunity identification and lead generation.

You will have regular contact with your Sales Executive and Sales Managers to ensure that targets are achieved on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

REQUIREMENTS

You will ideally have a retentions background

Experience in appointment making and or Telemarketing

Experience of working on a sales driven target environment

Ability to work on different campaigns and adjust easily

Good rapport building skills and excellent communication skills

You will be energetic and highly motivated

A clear CRB check
