In Europe the company are the market leader in (vacant) property management and property development. We operate from offices in 7 different countries and we will add two more countries in 2018! Our operations run via 4 business units: Property Management, HighTech-security services, Property Development and Maintenance Services.

They are working hard on managing the growth of our UK organisation. You will join a team of young professionals of property managers, guardian managers, quality assurance staff and sales staff. For us it is all about Work Hard & Play hard, with an office located in the trendy Dalston Hackney area, London’s most liveable borough!!

Your job will be to sell our Vacant Rooms to potential B-2-C clients. Therefore, we’re looking for a solid background in Telesales or other Direct Sales related experiences. Your role involves the contacting of Hot & Qualified leads in order to convert them to either immediate contracting or viewing of the Room(s). Sales pitching, diary management, Social Media, website and local PR management are part of your role. All in order to enable the Void & Letting Officer’s convert the optimal number of license contracts. If you want to earn 25K basic plus uncapped commission: apply today!

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), a drive to meet targets and a positive attitude!

Whilst previous experience in sales is ideal, it’s not a must. We do ask you have some work experience which will help you understand the demands of the role.
