Vetoquinol is the 9th largest veterinary pharmaceutical company in the world, Vetoquinol is first and foremost an independent, family-owned business.

The role of a Telesales Operator is to establish, build and maintain relationships with vet practices and wholesalers by promoting and selling a range of products in accordance with the Company's policies, and in line with appropriate customer prioritisation.

Contribute to the achievement of the Company's annual sales and profit objectives, in accordance with Company strategies and policies.

Missions

Mission 1 - Sales : Promote and sell the Company's products in accordance with the Company sales objectives and marketing strategies. Contribute to the achievement of Company ROC target.

Mission 2 : Communication : Exchange information and knowledge (e.g. feedback concerning competitor activity) regularly with Territory Managers and colleagues. Communicate effectively with the customers and ensure they are always aware of current issues. Provide a monthly report to the line manager regarding activity, results, opportunities, risk and feedback from the market.

Mission 3 - Administration : Responsible for processing orders, responding to customer requests and maintaining accurate records on Company systems/ CRM. Act as back-up for reception and customer services, dealing with telephone calls/ enquiries.

Mission 4 - Planning and organisation :Create and develop an effective call plan based on the sales strategy of the marketing department and targets set within the Telesales department.

Use the GfK, DLE, Segmentation and any other information systems available. Proactively advise of any errors or changes that may be required.

Mission 5 - Sales Support : Undertake regular product training to ensure a good level of product knowledge of both Vétoquinol and competitor products. Actively participate in sales meetings, product launch meetings and attend congresses. Undertake field visits with Territory Managers to gain a broader knowledge and understanding of the function of field sales.
