We are looking for motivated and ambitious Telemarketers to join our growing team. We have an attractive office in Salford Quays and we are looking for creative and hardworking individuals to take an active role in contributing towards driving our business forward.
This is an outbound, cold calling role helping customers to claim for mis-sold Packaged Bank Accounts and Payment Protection Insurance. This is NOT a lead generation role only as we pride ourselves on a very professional approach and you will be responsible for having a detailed conversation regarding the claims process, educating your customers and chasing your own customers to return their paperwork.
The right applicant will have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage customers over the phone and build lasting and rewarding relationships.
