Our client a Financial Technology company with a £250 million turnover is in the process of building a brand new Sales Team and they are looking for a driven and dynamic individual to lead from the front and help shape this new and exciting venture!
Responsible for a team of 4-6 Sales Executives who will be focusing on both cold and warm leads selling a range of Group products direct to customers, the Telesales Manager will be required to manage and develop these individuals; coaching sales skills and ensuring best practice, taking accountability for team and individual targets, setting team and individual KPIs and being responsible for all performance and action within the team.
To be successful in this role, you will have a successful B2C telesales background in addition to 3-4 years’ experience in a telesales management/supervisory capacity. You will have a passion for coaching and developing people for success and will be used to creating a high energy environment to drive performance.
In return our client is offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 + a 10% yearly bonus.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 and the office is located a 10 minutes walk from Farham Train Station.
