Telesales Manager

An award winning, rapidly growing market leader, is looking to recruit a target driven Telesales Manager, who is looking for progression.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Telesales Manager and will need to manage & develop this team, with great flexibility to understand the varying needs of the marketplace. Training & motivating team members to grow profitable, ongoing business relationships with both existing & new customers.

Waste related experience would be advantageous but not essential. You will need exceptional communication & commercial skills and an intelligent approach to business development across a diverse customer base.

The successful applicant will take the leading role in implementing the Telesales team. You will then be responsible for the day to day management of this new team, developing and training employees to meet their targets. You will be a highly effective individual with a results driven approach and strong influencing skills. You will be accountable for the planning and implementation of the sales strategy, ensuring sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Build the telesales team.

Training, development and performance management of Telesales Advisors.

Manage resources, set objectives and delegate responsibilities.

Identify, priorities and implement solutions.

Handling customer complaints and enquiries.

Coaching, inspiring and motivating the sales team.

Skills and Experience Required:

Telesales experience.

Experience managing a telesales team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time

Ability to encourage and motivate a team as well as individuals
