Are you a telesales professional looking for a new opportunity in the Chester area? Would you like the chance to work for the UK's leading price comparison websites? Would you be happy on a starting basic of £18k with a realistic OTE in year 1 of £30k (Over £1k per month)?

If the answers above are yes, our client have recently expanded and opened a new call centre in the Chester area, they are looking to expand rapidly and have immediate starts available for suitable applicants.

What you need to have.....
Excellent communication skills
Experience in a sales-based environment, ideally in a call centre but face to face would be considered
Good negotiation skills
A positive and strong character with the ability to close sales
Self-motivated with the ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
Demonstrable achievement of working towards sales targets and exceeding or achieving.
Customer focused & driven to succeed.
Organisational skills & problem solving
Good Punctuality

You will also need to be within a commutable distance of Chester of course!

What you get in return.....
£18k starting salary
OTE up to £30k - targeted on volume of calls, conversion rates and cross selling
Weekly incentives (Eg £100 vouchers for top performers in certain fileds for the week)
Free onsite parking

Working Hours
Mon, Tues & Thurs - 9am-5:30pm
Weds - 9am-6:30pm (1 hour weekly meeting in the morning)
Fri - 9am-4:30pm

The Role
Our clients offers services comparing many products such as current accounts, gas & electricity, broadband, boiler cover, home security insurance, car, pet insurance, and home insurance.
They are looking for passionate Sales Representatives with energy, confidence, and the ability to offer a second to none service to their customers to join our exciting and new sales team in Chester.
As a Sales Representative, your role will involve speaking to customers through lead gen campaigns and existing customer based on all warm leads.

Responsibilities
  • Ascertaining customer’s needs & tailoring a solution for an individual
  • Cross Selling a multitude of additional products.
  • Successfully closing deals
  • Contacting active leads in a professional manner by telephone
  • Working independently as well as part of the team to achieve KPIs
