Job Title: Telesales Executive / Lead Generator
Package: £20,000 OTE £35,000 + Benefits + Training + Progression

As a Telesales Executive / Lead Generator your duties will include:
- Working closely with the marketing and internal Sales team to generate new sales leads, online demonstrations and trails
- Research and prospect for new accounts within the SME to Mid-Market place (up to 2000 users)
- Fact find to discover business priorities and requirements
- Conduct proactive outbound phone, email marketing campaigns and inbound sales leads
- Manage prospects through the sales pipeline
The successful Telesales Executive / Lead Generator will have the following skills/experience -
- Previous and proven sales experience
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to identify problems and recommend a solution
- Highly self-motivated and hard-working
- Very well organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong people skills/team skills
