We filled this role in July 2020 - the new Lead Gen / Telesales Executive that joined our client is doing superbly well, so they have asked us to find another one for them! This is a superb chance to join this growing software company and move into software sales, a fast moving exciting and lucrative professional industry. This is another new role here, the company will interview and hire as soon as they can, and you will have a bright future.
They are exceptionally nice people and treat their staff extremely well, plus they are financially sound, professional and have continued trading right through the pandemic. They will pay £26-30k for the right person, plus around £5k commission, with membership of a gym and private health plans. This is a path into full on enterprise software sales which leads to £100k + earnings in the future; this job is the first step on that ladder.
You will be office based in Hemel Hempstead so please only apply if you can realistically commute to, and work in this location. It is a modern, spacious office environment with free parking, and even though they have now grown to over 120 employees, the business still has that warm family feel to it, but it's vibrant and energetic too.
They are looking for a Telesales Executive / Telemarketing person to do Lead Generation who is positive, bright, inquisitive, happy to chase each day, make the calls, start a conversation, turn every page, and research deeply to find new leads and develop relationships with new customers.
And of course, you are keen to learn the business software market. You will need to be confident and comfortable / happy on the phone, with lots of energy and enthusiasm and you will have the determination to keep going and build yourself a great career in software sales.
You will start calling companies to find out if they are thinking of changing their software, and by working with the superb CRM system here, you will create a map of which companies use what software and then keep in touch with them and nurture them until they are ready to buy.
This is an enterprise business software product that clients want … it is cutting edge and a market leader in their niche area. So your job is the make the clients aware of what it can offer them, so they know there are good reasons to purchase. You will work in a young vibrant office, alongside marketing, sales and pre-sales people with lots of support and mentoring. They won't throw you in at the deep end and they will give you plenty of product training.
Previous successful telesales people here have come from a wide variety of sales backgrounds such as recruitment, B2B sales, IT sales, software sales, commercial sales, printer sales etc. The key is having B2B experience, creativity and curiosity, and the ability to identify the market and to think outside the box.

The Sales Director is an impressive guy with a superb track record, he is building a strong ERP sales team and he is a looking for long term hires.
