B2B, B2C TELESALES EXECUTIVE - Have you got what it takes?
HR Provider Ltd is currently recruiting a number of Telesales Executives for a leading nationwide company working within the construction industry and based in Morden, Surrey, SM4. .
The main focus of this role is to identify and convert prospective customers via the phone. This will be B2B and B2C calling, so anyone from/or working in a similar environment will be preferential. As your day will consist of cold calling potential clients, you must be great at building relationships in order to get key businesses on-board across London.
This is an outbound telephone based role, and will be on a dialler system, so you must be comfortable selling and interacting with clients over the telephone.
The telesales team forms an essential part of its marketing drive by ensuring clients requests are taken and processed in an efficient and professional manner.
You will be:
- Responsible for making an average of 150 outbound calls daily and dealing with incoming calls to book tests, assessments and courses for people looking to work in the construction industry and companies wanting their workers appropriately registered.
- Required to manage your own customer base and through careful understanding and application of the information you would have received during training ensure that people are registered for the appropriate test/training.
- Experienced in solving a variety of customer problems, plus have an understanding of sales techniques that will enable you to maximise sales opportunities as they arrive. Also, you’ll bring the dexterity and organisation needed to effectively and accurately complete bookings at speed.
- A strong and natural communicator and team player, used to working in a busy and challenging environment. You will be motivated, organised, flexible and driven to achieve results whilst building effective working relationships over the phone.
