My client is a Road traffic Accident compensation organisation that have a rapidly growing presence within the market across The U.K. and major continued expansion plans. The company have recently relocated to a new office in Prestwich village and are looking to recruit a Telesales Executive to join their high performing sales team. They offer a great working environment, along with an uncapped achievable commission structure!
The role will include:
- Making outbound sales calls to new potential clients, to introduce the business, pitch the proposal and close the deal
- Answering inbound sales calls
- Having a consultative sales approach, understanding the customer's needs and requirements and being able to provide industry regulations and changes
- Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with prospective customers
- Working to monthly revenue sales targets
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience selling RTA claims
- Proven track record of sales achievements
- The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Enthusiastic, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and a confident approach to closing business
- Money motivated and eager to exceed sales targets
