"So, what will I actually be doing?" you ask.
As a Telesales Executive you'll be expected to sell the products and services of the company you work for by calling prospective clients. There are many products to learn and you will need to know about each one before promoting their values to your prospects.
Working within a team of other Telesales Executives you'll be set targets and strategies by your Manager. Your day will be mostly spent calling new prospective Sales leads, or existing customers trying to up-sell and persuading them to either purchase a product, trial a service or accept a visit from another member of the sales team.

You will be based in a Sales office in a Call Centre environment, but you'll work as part of a Sales Team, so it's not for those that like to work alone. Very much a typical desk job, you'll be tied to the telephone and sitting at your workstation for long periods of time so it’s not a career for anyone who fears feeling office bound.
Sales Executives with our client often work regular 08:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Money, money, money
My client is offering a very competitive salary and commission package for this role. The basic salary will be between £19k and £22k (£35k OTE) per annum dependant on experience with an amazing commission package.
My client expects successful candidates to earn £25k per annum (£35k OTE) including basic salary and bonus in the first year.
Is there training involved?
My client provides 2 forms of training for the Telesales Executive roles. They provide in house training as part of their franchise company, also training from a Business Partner at their Global parent company.
