POSITION: Telesales Executive
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Our client is a forward-thinking IT software developer and are currently looking for an addition to their success full team based on the Wirral.
Proactively contacting NHS Trust to identifying key decision makers
Proactively sell the company's full range products to achieve both their personal targets and those of the team.
Work closely with Account Managers to maintain day to day management of the existing accounts and to secure new business.
Contacting existing customer base and new customers to set account management appointments
Develop personable and productive relationships across a set portfolio of customers to build a growing and increasingly profitable customer base
Achieve a regular call cycle at times agreed with customers so that the calls are expected, and appointments generated.
Generate high levels of appointments for product demonstrations
Prepare relevant quotations for clients, and follow up these quotations
Ensure CRM, Salesforce is kept update
Ability to develop rapport quickly and build relationships
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, competitive nature with a can-do attitude
Excellent telephone manner
