Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic organisation that are currently looking for an appointment booker to join their rapidly growing team. The right person will have experience working over the phone and working to targets.
A successful Telesales Exec will be full of energy when dialing out to prospective customers, and be determined to convert those conversations into appointments - which you’ll keep track of using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office. If you need training in these, that's no issue full training will be provided!
Cold calling businesses to generate appointments for the Field Sales Executives to attend
Calling prospects from telesales lead generation and lists provided by the sales manager and researching/finding the contact person within that company.
Building rapport with potential customers.
To generate and book face-to-face appointments for the field sales executives to attend
To adhere to targets set for appointment generation on a weekly basis
Provide weekly reports to Sales Manager including outbound calls made and appointments generated
You will have:
Previous experience working within an outbound telephony based environment
An ability to use your own initiative to manage your performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time keeping and management
Knowledge and previous use of Microsoft Word and Excel
