Salary: circa £25,000 plus £8,000 on target bonus

You will be targeting new clients within the UK and European insurance market


Understanding the need for IFRS 17 in the insurance market and Legerity messaging

Researching and calling prospects to arrange meetings/calls

Achieving qualified meeting/call targets

Compiling the weekly activity and prospecting pipeline report

Understanding the main competitors and their positioning in the marketplace

Assisting direct marketing activity including support of seminars, managing the invitation list

Using a CRM system to manage calls and leads

Sourcing potential new leads via sources including social media and business publications

Liaising with sales managers and teams regarding new prospects

Work closely with Marketing Manager to execute timely and effective campaigns

Experience and skills

Graduate role, fast learner, motivated, organised

May have prior B2B cold calling experience

Confidence in own ability, outgoing and persuasive

Understanding of building and managing business relationships at all levels

Commitment to delivering results

Competent user of computer software and applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, etc, Salesforce training to be provided)

Enjoys working in team environment, as well as individual goals

Prior experience of working with either a CRM or prospect database useful
