Telesales Executive

Very competitive starting salary of up to £20k, dependant on experience, with an OTE of circa £30k.

It’s probably the most exciting time in our business’ history just now, as Northgate continues to grow within the UK market place as a leading light commercial vehicle hire business.

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join an established successful sales team here at Northgate based in Darlington. As a Telesales Executive you will manage and influence existing B2B customers, hitting retention targets and reducing client churn.

The main aim of the Telesales executive is to achieve continuous profitable sales growth through the achievement of VOH (vehicles on hire) and revenue from new business sales opportunities and existing customer accounts.

As a Telesales Executive you will proactively provide each customer with the appropriate management information as required in order to win or develop the account and establish close working relationships with relevant members of Northgate to enable delivery of customer requirements effectively.

You will be targeted against the Vehicles on Hire (VOH) monthly, quarterly and annual target, revenue generation and the rate adherence to Northgate Price book.

We are looking for someone who has Experience in new business sales and/or account management, ideally with B2B sales experience with a focus on SMEs, so you can really build relationships lasting relationships.

For us, the most important thing about our Telesales Executive is that you are self-motivated and able to manage multiple requirements and demands at once. You’ll ideally have worked in a similar account management roles and have really good customer service skills; this is because you’ll need to be able to respond to both internal and external stakeholders in an effective and timely manner.
