Spider opened in May 2013 with a fresh and innovative approach to recruitment. We pride ourselves on being a disruptor in our market place and are the regions only fixed fee web recruiters & online job advertisers. We offer genuinely bespoke recruitment support including recruitment technology, in-house recruitment services, and other recruitment based solutions. We are ambitious, forward thinking and have a real desire to serve local business with quality recruitment choices without the excessive price tags normally associated with recruitment companies. We are proud to have made Finals in the East Anglian Daily Times Awards in 2017 as Small Business of the Year and it was recently announced that we were selected as a Suffolk & Norfolk Future 50 company, Class of 2018. How cool is that!
Based on the success of the business we are now expanding again and looking to hire a Telesales Executive who can support our small team with awesome conversations, connections and leads.
The successful candidate will enjoy using the telephone extensively and will love the buzz of building the Spider brand here in the East of England. You will also love the buzz of gaining that new deal, arranging new introductions to recruiting companies and have strong communication skills with telesales experience. Ideally you will also have a recruitment background whether that is in online recruitment or traditional recruitment however this isn’t essential. What is essential though is your competitive spirit!
