The Role:

  • Deal with Adviser Lapse Warnings and cancelled plans with a view to reinstatement or rebroke of plans where appropriate.

  • Ensuring all customer retention levels are kept to a maximum

  • Monitor all rebroked and reinstated business to successful completion;

  • Deliver high standards against all key targets for the role and maximise profitability to the organisation. Targeted on the number of clients saved each month/quarter

  • Report to People and Business Manager weekly on progress to targets and identified issues with clients, insurers and other trends affecting clawback levels;

  • Maintaining a very high level of customer service and continuous professional development to ensure clients are treated fairly;

  • Following up calls and e-mails and offering high quality customer service;

  • Providing the company with accurate information by inputting quality data to the database;

  • Ensuring that standards of professionalism are exceeded at all times;
