Grade: 4.3

Salary: £17,000.00 - £19,000.00 depending on experience (OTE £21,000.00 Uncapped) with excellent benefits package

Where you’ll work

We have an excellent opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join the team working within our Commercial Sales team in Durham. This is a competitive region where there are fantastic opportunities for business to be won, Veolia have a fantastic service rate where we have our own facilities to support all commercial waste being collected.

The position carries an incentive scheme based on sales performance and therefore is ideal for the determined sales individual

What you’ll do …

You will be customer focused or a sales professional who is confident in generating business from cold leads and processing from generation through to completion. With this you will sell waste services to end users with a pre-determined monthly / quarterly targets. You will develop and maintain quality relationships with prospective customers.

About your knowledge, skills and experience

  • Evidence of strong customer service skills.
  • Track record knowledge of B2B Sales ideally within the waste industry desirable
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good IT skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to work as a team.
  • Experience in a telesales or tele appointment role is essential.
  • Experience of CRM particularly Salesforce is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Environmental services not essential but useful
