Our Client, a leading telephony solutions business are looking for talented, experienced Business to Business Telesales Executives, to join their successful sales team.

Telesales / Outbound Telemarketing

Experienced in a business to business environment making outgoing telephone calls.

Can you convert high volumes of calls into fixed appointments for the sales consultants?

A dynamic and committed company based in Cardiff Gate are looking for a Telesales Executives to work within their Cardiff Head Office.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Identifying and developing new leads in a business to business environment
* Negotiating appropriate times for your sales consultant to visit YOUR client
* Developing, establishing and implementing sales hooks
* Managing sales activities effectively
* Meeting agreed sales targets
* Ensuring the maximum is gained from sales opportunities
* Working closely with your Sales consultant to ensure the most is got out of every appointment made
* Managing your Accounts closely and effectively

To be shortlisted for this role, you MUST be able to demonstrate:

* Previous experience within a telesales role in a business to business environment (Minimum 12 Months)
*A passion for reaching sales targets
* Enthusiasm and drive to succeed
* Excellent team skills
* A professional and confident telephone manner
* Excellent organisational skills
* Creativity to implement new marketing ideas
* Integrity, reliability and flexibility

The following skills and attributes would be HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS although not essential:

Experience within the Telecommunications Industry

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 + generous uncapped commission structure (OTE of £25,000 - 35,000 )
