Calling clients to check receipt of delivery (follow up calls)
Be the named contact for customer queries
Ensure customer retention
Build relationships with clients
Upsell through Customer Service
You will complete have confidence on the telephone, excellent customer service skills with excellent accuracy and organisational skills.
