Job Title: Telesales Executive - outbound B2C team
Salary:£18,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
OTE:£28,000 - £43,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
Hours of Work:
10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday
10:00 - 17:30 Friday
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be confident and an excellent communicator as well as having a proven track record in B2C sales.
You will be driven for success, be ambitious and want to be part of an expanding team. This is a fast-paced environment with great opportunities to progress. However, you must be resilient, work well under pressure and enjoy working towards targets.
At first you will be working on new leads and consequently earning fantastic uncapped commission, therefore it’s vital that you can liaise with a variety of personalities and will remain driven to hit/exceed your targets.
There is huge potential for progression within Anthony Mann, with 3 - 6 months you will step up to becoming a Deputy, or a Team Leader. In line with our expansion plans, within two years you will be expected to run your own floor of approximately 40 sales executives. We are seeking the most passionate sales professions in the Leicester area. This is by far the best opportunity in terms of Fast Track progression and commission within the city.
As you would expect, you will be joining a team of young, lively and motivated Telesales Executives. We have monthly sales incentives for the top performers such as Laptops, TVs, iPad’s, as well as weekends away in Amsterdam and other destinations. We also arrange monthly team building incentives such as paintballing, go-carting etc.
