Our client is a fast-growing London based Telecoms provider, providing mobile solutions, mobile security, hosted telephony and cloud solutions to London businesses in all sectors. They save their clients money whilst also offering a better level of service than the big names of the telecoms world. With a new Marketing Director on board, they are now building their in-house sales team to grow their client base.
The Telesales Executive will be part of a team of 4-6 people driving new business over the phone. You will target potential clients in the London area, using social media, targeted email marketing, events and telemarketing, with a major focus on telemarketing. The aim of your calls will be identifying potential clients and, once qualified, booking appointments for your field sales teams to meet them face-to-face. All progress should of course be added to the in-house CRM system. Whilst this is a high activity role, you’ll also have the chance to develop a high quality to your conversations with clients. This will be important in your career progression as the aim is that you move into more senior sales roles within your first 2 years.
