This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to move away from a call centre environment and into a varied, interesting and rewarding office based role.
As a Telesales Executive your prime responsibility will be to approach clients to secure work for our Nurses across a varied geographical region. You’ll also be fielding nurse and client enquiries via telephone and email, resolving their problems and making sure that their Thornbury Nursing Services experience is second to none.
You will also assist our recruitment and compliance teams with our on-boarding and compliance process for all staff.
As a Telesales Executive you will:
- Liaise with existing and potential clients about their staffing requirements through outbound calling.
- Allocate nurses into shifts within all settings.
- Provide telephone guidance to our nurses based throughout the region.
- Establish and maintain our nurses’ availability to work, updating details on our bespoke software.
- Work in conjunction with our recruitment team to source new candidates, and our compliance team to maintain compliance.
With full systems training and plenty of support provided, we’re seeking a customer-focused Telesales Executive with a level-headed approach and some technical know-how. As a Telesales Executive, your communication skills will be first class, you’ll have plenty of enthusiasm for providing great customer service, you’ll be a great team player, self-motivated and have the ability to work independently using your own initiative. Strong judgement is key, as is a level head and a dependable nature.

We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in order to provide our clients and nurses with a highly professional and instantly available service. So that we are best able to meet the needs of our clients, our staff shift patterns mirror those worked in the healthcare industry; shifts are between the hours of 7am and 8pm, with some weekend working.
We know that weekends are important, it’s a time for socialising, relaxing and having fun! With this in mind, not only do we provide you with extra time off in the week, we also pay you extra when you are working at the weekend!
