Telesales Associate

Purpose of Department:

Deliver new Card Processing business through the provision of a high quality, customer driven service by efficiently and accurately addressing customer needs.

Proactively identify card processing products to meet the needs of the customers in order to assist the department to achieve its plan.

Purpose of Role:

  • Achieve a New Business Contribution (rolling 12 months and In Year) and Live targets as set by the business
  • Ensure all scheduled client call backs are logged and reported on in the manner set by the business
  • To ensure a full understanding of waterfall performance metrics, with a personal ownership to report on these on a daily basis
  • Proactively broaden and deepen relationships with customers through identifying opportunities to meet customer requirements
  • To resolve all associated 'Pending’ sales queries that can be influenced through the Telesales channel within timescales as set by the business
  • To maintain and develop knowledge of products and procedures and ensure that all enquiries are handled in line with Global Payments policies, ensuring regulatory requirements are fully observed
