Telesales Appointment Setter

A forward-thinking and quickly growing well known company have collaborated with Opal Recruitment to find a Telesales Appointment Setter for their Halifax based office. With a huge earning potential and career progression opportunities, this is an ideal role for somebody who has previously worked in the industry or has a proven track record of outbound B2B sales.

Working hours:

Monday 8:15am-5pm
Tuesdsay to Thursday 8:30am-5pm
Friday 8:30am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

  • Relaying information to New Business Executives regularly
  • Identifying the key decision makers and promote services to exceed individual targets consistently
  • Convincing potential clients to meet with an NBE by delivering a professional sales pitch
  • Maintain and update the company data base regularly
  • Liaise with potential clientel by telephone and email
  • Prepare and produce reports when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service, is an advantageous but all applicants will be considered.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 + commission
