Our client works on behalf of the customer, to find the most suitable product at the best possible price across a range of home services including, but not limited to:
•Domestic Gas and Electricity
•Home Telephone and Broadband
•Home Insurance and Life Insurance.
Offering a guaranteed base salary of £18,000, can rise to £25,000 by hitting pay rise targets, plus a generous bonus scheme OTE 35k

Skills and Experience: -
•A proven track record of success within a customer service or contact centre environment is required
•You are self motivated and able to make an immediate impact on the business by building rapport with customers and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
•You pay strong attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm, positive and enthusiastic - even during busy periods.
•You have a flexible attitude to your work and changing demands.- You are driven by the achievement of personal and team goals and thrive in a target focused environment.

We operate 40 hours per week.
Our contact centre is open:
•Monday -Thursday 9:30am to 19:00pm
•Friday 09:00 - 16:00
