Telesales Advisors

This award winning, progressive company is looking for additional Telesales Advisors to join their team working on consumer sales.

The Role:

  • Contact customers to sell products/services
  • Working to sales targets
  • Ensuring repeat business / upsell
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Identify potential leads by qualifying customers
  • Close sales by building rapport by explaining products and services
  • Contributes to team sales effort

The Candidate:

  • Experience of working in a sales environment
  • Experience of dealing with consumers
  • Passion for delivering exceptional level of service
  • A determined and persuasive nature
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A desire to exceed sales targets

Working hours:

  • Week 1: 9am-5.30pm,
  • Week 2: 10.30am-7pm
  • Every other Saturday 9am-1pm (1/2 day off in week).
