iRecruit Partners are currently working with a company based in Fleet who are looking for a Sales Advisor to join their rapidly expanding team. They are looking for a self-motivated, money hungry, team player. Over the last 10 years they have grown to be the number 1 provider of training in their field and are looking to expand once again.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contacting warm leads by phone provided by the business (NO COLD CALLING)
  • Hit sales targets set by your team manager
  • Provide world class customer service at all times
  • Manage your own admin and pipe line through their CRM

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Able to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements
  • Track record in Sales
  • Track record for hitting targets
  • Good time management
  • Good eye for detail
  • Confident and able to communicate with a diverse customer base
