Telesales Advisor (Inbound) - Food Industry

Monday- Friday 8.45am- 4.45pm. Overtime available.

As a telesales advisor, you will be liaising with their current customers within the foodservice sector including pubs, hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes.
There will be no cold calling involved and the main aspect of the role will include speaking with their existing accounts to upsell products and promotions.
You will work in an engaging and fun team environment with the opportunity to compete, succeed and hit targets for additional benefits and bonus.
You will learn on the job from colleagues through sharing ways of working and we will give you online learning tools.
Training opportunities also include sponsoring professional qualifications such as NVQs.
- Candidates must have a passion for food and any experience dealing with the catering or foodservice sector will be particularly beneficial.
- The successful candidate will have a background in a customer service role.
- Applicants must be confident on the phone and able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Candidates must be organised and efficient.
