Start Date: Various dates throughout April

Shift/Hours: 40hrs - shifts will rotate between the operational hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am - 6pm.

Right now, in partnership with 3, we're looking for Telesales Advisors to join our Glasgow Contact Centre. With easy access from the M8 motorway, an on-site coffee shop, nursery facilities and chill out area, it's a great place to work.

About the role

As a Telesales Advisor you will educate customers on their products and advise on potential services that will meet their needs. You'll be knowledgeable of the brand and able to tailor solutions to each customer who calls through effective questioning and listening. You'll be aware of competitors and trends in the industry, so you can foresee any issues as to why a customer might not be receptive to your advice.

About you

We're looking for people with great time management skills and the desire to deliver excellent customer service. Sales driven, you'll be a clear talker and able to explain services and propositions in a way that customers can easily understand. Comfortable multi-tasking and working with multiple systems, you'll combine customer service with championing the brand's offerings.
