Job Title: Telesales Advisor
Salary: £15,750 per annum + uncapped OTE (realistic £25,000 - £60,000)
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00/ 9:00 - 5:00/ 6:00 plus Saturday or Sunday 8:00/ 9:00 - 5:00/ 6:00 (one optional day off to be taken in lieu during the week for every 2 weekends worked & one complete weekend off at regular intervals)
What you’ll be doing…
Effectively handle customer enquiries by using positive listening, questioning, influencing and negotiating techniques to best match customers’ requirements
Ensure that all incoming telephone calls are handled in a timely and professional manner
Deliver quality customer service, by ensuring that customers’ needs are identified, met and exceeded
Be a team player who uses initiative and actively contributes, participates, communicates and competes in the team environment
To display consistently excellent timekeeping and a flexible approach to working hours
Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills with experience of selling within a call centre environment
Good self-motivator able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
Sound customer service skills
Professional in appearance, manner and attitude
Articulate, literate, numerate and computer-literate
