This is an excellent opportunity for confident and driven individual to join a small team of Telesales Executives in a leading video game distribution company based in Henley In Arden.
Main duties include:
- Achieve monthly sales revenues with portfolio of approx 100 Independent Retail customers.
- To manage and overcome sales/ buying objections.
- Drive new business opportunities
- Thrive on making outbound telephone sales calls in an evolving and dynamic market place.
- Be proficient in computer literacy
- Research, analyse and interpret potential new businesses using a variety appointments and future contacts
- Be able to persuade and influence to gain customer commitment
- Focuses on customer needs to show empathy and integrity
- Maintain accurate and timely records of the prospect’s shipping requirements and contact details
- Ability to manage own time effectively to meet targets and deadlines
- Ability to structure daily workload and organise timely call back activities.
- Must have an excellent telephone manner to communicate clearly, fluently and with enthusiasm
- Be able to adapt own style to suit needs of internal and external customers
- Have the ability to demonstrate a positive, resilient approach
- Demonstrate knowledge of company products and services
Location - Henley In Arden
Salary: £16,500 + bonus (OTE approx £20K)
(free onsite parking, pension scheme, 4 x death in service)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am-5pm, Friday 8.45am-4pm
