Mpeople are currently recruiting for a Permanent Telesales Account Manager with strong outbound telesales experience to join our client's company who are currently undergoing rapid expansion and growth. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, very realistic and achievable OTE's and the opportunity to progress within the company.
Key Duties:
- Supporting a large client base across the UK, you will be targeted to achieve sales growth in the B2B sector
- Proactively identifying business and sales opportunities and creating a pipeline of future sales potential
- Working with an existing client base, ensuring a strong focus on customer services to maintain repeat business and also utilising your existing sales experience to up-sell and cross-sell with any given opportunity
Key Skills:
- You will have needed to work in a similar role for at least 2 years and be able to demonstrate your understanding of the sales cycle
- You must possess a determined and ambitious attitude to ensure personal targets are exceeded as well as being able to contribute to team targets
- You will need strong communication and persuasion skills and the ability to close deals
