AlcumusHSE, part of the Market Leading Alcumus Group are recruiting for a Telesales Account Executive to join their team in Cardiff.
Working as part of an office based team, the role will involve calling marketing and self-generated leads to create new opportunities and leads, developing business with clients who are looking to run health and safety training within their organisations. As well as generating new business the role will involve account managing existing clients.
To manage existing clients and to introduce new clients to Alcumus Training services, by undertaking outbound calling on a regular basis, regular marketing campaigns and follow up calls.
About the Role:
- To achieve pre-determined sales targets.
- To promote the training and consultancy services and build rapport with existing client portfolio, whilst providing an efficient sales service to bring onboard new clients.
- To generate new opportunities and leads.
- To carry out outbound calls to new and existing clients.
- To handle client enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- To write proposals for clients to run training courses in company
- To advise the marketing manager of campaigns to run to ensure new business targets are met.
- To manage and cleanse the sales database.
- Successful and proven track record in telesales
- Ability to develop relationships and identify new business opportunities
- High level of customer service
- Able to write proposals and quotations
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to work well in a team
