Telephony Customer Service  Must have call centre experience ,£8ph 
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm (Minimum of 9 months)

We are working with a small and friendly Telford based business looking for a customer focused candidate to join an established leading distribution centre. You will be part of a friendly team and will be responsible for delivering a quality, cost effect and reliable service while exceeding customer needs and working to timescales.
Duties include:
Customer Care
Call Handling
Customer account management
Data Recording
Admin Duties
Personal Development

The right Candidate:
Must have 2 years + Customer service, Account handling, or Sales administration experience.
Have excellent time management and orgainisation
Participate in Internal training programs
NVQ in Customer Service would be an advantage
Excellent written and verb communication skills

Must be thorough, professional, hard working and able to operate using own initiative.
Will be able to remain calm under pressure and be willing work outside of their job description and apply lateral thinking when solving problems.
