Rate of pay: £8.75PH

Working hours: Mon-Fri (9-5)

Contract: Temporary contract - with potential progression within the business

Location: Portman House, Bournemouth

Overview of the role:

As an Updates Telephony Advisor, you will be working in a call centre based role. You will be responsible for updating Brokers, Solicitors & Applicants on the progress of their Mortgage Application. You may be required to liaise with other areas of the business if further information is required. You will be dealing with sensitive information which needs to be verified on each call so attention to detail is key. 95% of your day will be answering telephone queries however, there is a small amount of admin & data input required to fulfil your role. To thrive in this role, you will need to express a passion for customer service, maintain a good telephone manner while being able to manage a diverse & demanding workload. During your training period, you will be 100% quality checked however, this will decrease once you are fully competent. Ongoing support is always available.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

  • Competencies: Clear verbal & written communication skills & the ability to perform individually.
  • Values: Team Player, positive attitude, adaptable, self-motivated.
  • Experience: Proficient using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Good customer service experience
