Are you a strong telephonist / customer service agent with experience working in a telephone based environment that's looking to jump into a new role as early as next week? If so, I have the perfect opportunity!

This is an on-going temporary role that involves shift work. As a result you must be flexible, happy to work shifts that span across evenings and weekends.

You will act as the first point of contact for people telephoning the organisation, offering an operator service and handling all incoming and internal calls. You will be responsible for transferring the callers to the correct departments

The perfect candidate will have the ability to deal in a calm and efficient manner and provide a friendly, welcoming, professional reception service.
