Telephone Sales Professional, Software
Salary: base £25k OTE £45k
Our client is seeking experienced telephone sales professionals for the expansion of their established sales team. The product is software, a business tool created for a niche market in the UK health sector. To be successful, you will need to be an expert listener and skilled at the consultative sell. Full product training is provided, and the company environment encourages continuous learning.
* Manage and deliver inbound, web and outbound leads using the Salesforce CRM
* Achieve agreed sales targets
* Achieve the agreed KPIs
* Demonstrate a consistent and enthused approached to your sales desk.
* Present the software offer in line with brand specifications; features, benefits and value.

Previous experience in telephone sales for a software or technical product is a requirement for your application to be successful.
A competitive base salary plus a lucrative sales bonus, up to 28 days holiday and pension is offered.
