Due to expansion, our client is actively seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join their expanding team to deal with telephone service focused claims enquiries.
You would be based in beautiful offices working within a small friendly team, your day to day duties will include

* Validating policies/checking indemnity, setting claim upon Landscape from notifications sent from FNOL provider.
* Calling clients to gain further information when needed
* Instructing various suppliers to assist in dealing with claims
* Answer the telephone within agreed service standards

Previous experience of working within Motor Claims is essential for this role.
Hours of work 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.
