Telephone Claims Advisor
You would be based in beautiful offices working within a small friendly team, your day to day duties will include
* Validating policies/checking indemnity, setting claim upon Landscape from notifications sent from FNOL provider.
* Calling clients to gain further information when needed
* Instructing various suppliers to assist in dealing with claims
* Answer the telephone within agreed service standards
Previous experience of working within Motor Claims is essential for this role.
Hours of work 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.
