As an Engineer Scheduler, you will work as part of a dynamic planning team supporting our Field Engineers, who fix multi functional devices (MFD)/ photocopiers and will ensure that Canon's customers' expectations are met in regards to agreed service level agreements

What We Give:
You will have responsibility for planning the availability of field engineers to ensure customer requests are responded to within our service level agreements. This requires strong monitoring and planning skills as some work will be to oversee the automated scheduling system.
You will work with field engineers to ensure resources are correctly allocated and carry out call dispatch, book off when required and correct mistakes in visit reporting.
Your challenge will be to meet customer service level agreements using your planning and organisational skills to monitor and plan the availability of field engineers whilst keeping our customers informed.

You will have previous CRM application experience and a good understanding of scheduling methods.
